News: Free Chapter on "Health Crises and Migration"

From the Institute for the Study of International Migration (ISIM):

"In light of the current Ebola crisis affecting large parts of West Africa and now threatening other nations, this recent chapter on 'Health Crises and Migration' by Michael Edelstein, Khalid Koser and David L. Heymann, examines migration implications in the context of large-scale health emergencies. It also provides a series of recommendations relevant to the handling of infectious diseases. The chapter appears in Humanitarian Crises and Migration: Causes, Consequences and Responses, edited by ISIM's Susan F. Martin, Sanjula Weerasinghe and Abbie Taylor (Routledge, 2014), and is available for download now."
